Floor Specifications

Ground Floor (General Clinic):
Includes reception, doctor’s office, injection and IV therapy rooms, CSR room, workroom, restroom, pharmacy, administrative area, and storage.

First Floor (Specialized Dermatology Clinic):
Contains reception and patient waiting area, skin and hair laser rooms, minor surgery room, storage, doctor’s office, restroom, staff locker room, and staff dining area.

Eltiam Clinic: The Integration of General Care and Dermatology Specialization (Jan Group Project)

The Eltiam General and Specialized Dermatology Clinic project is a shining example of Jan Group’s expertise in designing and constructing high-standard medical facilities with a dual-purpose functionality. Built across two distinct floors, each spanning 350 square meters, the center successfully integrates a complete spectrum of primary care services with advanced dermatological and aesthetic treatments in one unified location.

Ground Floor: Primary Care and General Services Hub

The Ground Floor is designed as the gateway to the Eltiam Center and the main hub for providing general medical services. This level focuses on rapid response and essential care provision, incorporating the following key zones:

Patient Intake and Management: A friendly and efficient space dedicated to quick patient reception and guidance.

Clinical Services: Includes the General Practitioner’s (GP) Room for initial check-ups, and the Injection and IV Therapy Room, which allows for the immediate provision of urgent and supportive outpatient treatments (such as IV drips).

Critical Support: The presence of the CSR (Central Sterilization Room) on this floor is vital. This placement ensures that all instruments and equipment used for injections or minor procedures are processed and prepared according to the highest hygiene standards.

Daily Operations: This floor’s functional completeness is secured by including essential operational areas such as a Pharmacy (for immediate prescription access), an Administrative Section for office affairs, and a Storage Area for general supplies.

First Floor: The Center for Skin Specialization and Aesthetics

The First Floor of Eltiam is entirely dedicated to advanced dermatology and hair/skin aesthetics. Designed with a distinct atmosphere, it provides a specialized and calming environment for high-end treatments:

Specialized Reception: A separate patient reception and waiting area for the dermatology section enhances the feeling of privacy and exclusivity required for specialized aesthetic treatments.

Technological Treatments: The Skin and Hair Laser Rooms were installed with advanced electrical and infrastructural support by Jan Group, enabling the effective delivery of cutting-edge aesthetic treatments.

Ambulatory Surgery and Procedures: The inclusion of an Outpatient Operating Room (Minor OR) enhances the center’s capacity to perform small dermatological procedures, biopsies, and minor surgeries.

Personnel Support: Staff welfare areas are strategically located on this floor, including the Personnel Changing Room, Dining Hall, and restrooms. This segregation ensures the comfort of the specialized staff and keeps their traffic separate from the flow of general patients.

Inventory Control: Dedicated Storage and a Physician’s Room on this level independently support the specialized procedures performed upstairs.

Ultimately, the Eltiam Project, constructed by Jan Group, has resulted in a two-tiered medical structure where the efficiency of general care on the lower floor is seamlessly integrated with the specialization and tranquility required for advanced dermatological treatments upstairs.
