Scope of Activities

Execution, design, and supervision of mechanical and electrical installations; design, supervision, and implementation of medical equipment; contracting for urban gas distribution networks, mechanical and hydromechanical installations of dams, building cooling systems, building installations and equipment (gas, electricity, water, and sewage), waste transfer systems, small-scale water and wastewater treatment facilities, elevators and escalators, alarm and notification systems, kitchen and self-service equipment, laundry systems, communication and building network systems, sandblasting (surface treatment), cathodic protection, lining and coating, and small water and wastewater pumping stations.

Contracting activities related to power generation, transmission, and distribution, including power plants, electrical networks, substations, and electronic systems (general and specialized).

Contracting for building construction and structures, including wood, brick, stone, concrete, and steel buildings; design, supervision, execution, and management of various structures and civil projects; consultation, design, calculation, and supervision of all civil and architectural projects; construction and contracting services, and all privately delegable contracting works.

Trading, purchase and sale, production, distribution, export and import, and storage of all legally permitted commercial goods; performing all customs, registration, and import procedures; procurement of goods from manufacturers and distribution throughout the country; obtaining financial facilities and loans (domestic and foreign, in IRR and foreign currency) from banks and financial institutions; entering into contracts and partnerships with natural and legal persons; participation in governmental and private tenders and auctions; establishing branches and representative offices inside and outside the country; and performing all services delegable to the private sector, upon obtaining necessary permits from competent authorities.
