Speed Meets Specialization: The Aren Comprehensive Center Project (550 sqm in 9 Months)

The Aren Comprehensive Psychological and Rehabilitation Center project is a prime example of Jan Group’s precision engineering and unparalleled speed in the specialized healthcare sector. This complex facility, spanning 550 square meters across three main floors and two mezzanines, was executed from commencement to final completion in an intensive and remarkable period of just nine months (from February 2023 [Bahman 1401] to October 2023 [Aban 1402]). This velocity of completion, achieved without compromising the quality of complex technical and medical installations, highlights the project’s exceptional nature.

Responsive Architecture: Five Concentrated Functional Levels

The center’s design is meticulously structured to accommodate the diverse needs of therapy, diagnosis, research, and administration, ensuring that each function is both separated and interconnected:

Lowest Level (Floor 1-): The Research Core This basement level is entirely dedicated to Research and Development. It features four specialized research rooms and two separate workrooms, alongside a focused seating area. This physical separation underscores the center’s commitment to generating knowledge in psychiatry and rehabilitation, providing a quiet, academic environment away from clinical traffic.

Ground Floor: Entry, Diagnosis, and Interventional Treatment The ground floor serves as the main entry point and diagnostic hub. Beyond essential areas like reception, patient waiting, and physicians’ rooms, this level boasts a highly unique feature: a Catheterization Laboratory (Catlab). The inclusion of a Catlab signifies the integration of advanced diagnostic and interventional services alongside psychiatric care, elevating the clinic from a purely psychological center to a comprehensive medico-psychological facility. A conference room on this level facilitates coordination among multidisciplinary teams.

Ground Mezzanine: Strategic Management and Support This separate level is strategically positioned to house the Management Office, a utility room (Abdarkhaneh), and Finance Office. This arrangement ensures that critical administrative and strategic functions are carried out in a quiet location with easy access to the Ground Floor and the practicing physicians.

First Floor: Advanced Treatment and Education The first floor hosts the Technological Treatment Rooms, dedicated to cutting-edge psychiatric interventions. Furthermore, the presence of an Amphitheater demonstrates the center’s commitment to continuous education, staff training, and hosting specialized events and seminars.

First Mezzanine: Cutting-Edge Neurotechnology This dedicated mezzanine is equipped for advanced neuro-scientific treatment methods. The specialized rooms for rTMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and VR (Virtual Reality) therapy maximize the Aren Center’s capacity to deliver state-of-the-art, non-invasive, and technology-assisted cognitive-behavioral interventions.

In executing the Aren project, Jan Group successfully delivered a therapeutic center with the highest standards of functional specialization and complexity in just nine months, securing its place as a record-setting achievement in the construction of sophisticated healthcare facilities.
