Ground Floor:
Comprises five dental units, reception area, management office, and restrooms.

First Floor (Floor 1+):
Contains VIP room, pre-operation preparation room, operating room, recovery room, staff locker room, and restrooms.

Rooftop:
A café and rooftop garden have been provided for clinic visitors.

Layered Design for Maximum Efficiency:

The clinic’s architecture is based on the principle of functional segregation (zoning) to ensure optimal hygiene, maximum efficiency for the medical staff, and comfort for patients:

Floor 1- (Support and Sterilization Areas): This level is dedicated to crucial support functions. Housing the CSR (Central Sterilization Room), utility rooms, staff changing rooms, and technical areas (mechanical rooms and elevator room), this location ensures that logistical and hygiene processes occur away from patient visibility in a strictly controlled environment.

Ground Floor (Service Center and Treatment Units): The pulsating heart of the clinic is situated on the ground floor. This space features five active dental units equipped for general and specialized treatments. The luxurious design of the reception and waiting areas transforms the patient’s initial visit into a pleasant experience. Furthermore, the management office on this floor allows for direct and efficient supervision of daily operations.

Floor 1+ (Surgical and Recovery Suites): The highest level of specialization is concentrated on this floor. The inclusion of a VIP room, a pre-operative preparation room, a fully equipped operating theatre, and a recovery room transforms Saadat Clinic into a comprehensive medical center for advanced dental procedures and oral and maxillofacial surgeries.
